Remodeled from top to bottom, The Rod and Vine is a treasure like no other. Inside, an open kitchen with off white cabinetry and plenty of counter space allow for meal prep to be a breeze! Stop down to Ithaca to their farmers market, and enjoy the freshness that local produce brings to your favorite meals. A high-top island bar allow for gathering as the chef of your group prepare for meals together. Off the kitchen, a custom-built bar with natural edge wood top is yours to enjoy! Whether you're a professional mixologist, or just appreciate a local glass of Finger Lakes wine, or pint of craft beer; you're sure to appreciate this bar with mini fridge, ice maker and copper sink.
Giving the lake views a run for their money; a floor to ceiling stone, gas fireplace hugs the wall between the kitchen and living area. On chilly evenings, enjoy the ambiance the fireplace provides. The living area is accented with large picture windows. Enjoy lake views from sun up, until sun down. A wrap around sofa offers the perfect space to curl up and relax any time of day.
Off the living room, the den is ideal if you're having to work while on vacation, or if you want a space for the kids to play quietly. This cozy space also homes a sleeper sofa; perfect for an afternoon nap. Completing the entry level is a full bath with stand-up shower.
